you, as described above, within our two companies for a number of
reasons, such as:

account. You may direct us not to share within our companies other

What is a Consumer Report?
A consumer credit report is any written, oral, or other communication
from a consumer reporting agency which bears on a consumers credit
worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, general
reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living which is
used or expected to be used in whole or in part for the purpose of
serving as a factor in establishing the consumers eligibility for:
(a) credit or insurance to be used primarily for personal, family,
or household purposes; (b) employment services; or (c) any other
purpose authorized under section 604 of the Fair Credit Reporting
Act.
What Happens If You Opt-Out?
It is important that you understand what information will be affected
if you choose to opt-out of sharing. The Fair Credit Reporting Act
controls information shared within our two companies. Under the Fair
Credit Reporting Act, you have the right to opt-out of sharing certain
non-public personal information within our two companies, Dart Bank
and Dart Mortgage Company. (Please notify us in writing if you desire
to Opt Out of information sharing.) If you opt-out, we will not share
non-public personal information we obtain from your application or
information we obtain from consumer reporting agencies within our
two companies except that we will continue to share, within our two
companies, information about our experiences or transactions with
you. In addition, we will share your information within our two companies
when you ask us to.
Non-public Personal Information We Disclose
We do not disclose non-public personal information about you to
other non-affiliated third parties or anyone else except as permitted
by law.
If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive customer,
we will still adhere to the same privacy policies and practices described
in this notice.

Notify Us of Inaccurate Information We Report to Consumer Reporting
Agencies. Please notify us if we report any inaccurate information
about your account(s) to a consumer-reporting agency. Your written
notice describing the specific inaccuracy(ies) should be sent to

Please notify us in writing if you desire to Opt
Out of information sharing (if you do not want us to share your non-public
personal
infromation). For joint accounts, a request
must be made for each account holder.
Important Information About Procedures for Opening a New Account
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money
laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions
to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person
who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask
for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that
will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your drivers
license or other identifying documents. In some instances, we may
use outside sources to confirm this information. Our Privacy Policy
and Federal law protect the information you provide.

to you about how we may serve you and, whether
you are a valued existing customer
or someone shopping for new bank services,

or att.net, the date and time you access
our site, and the Internet address of
