Assumptions in APR Calculation
The
APR and Payment amounts are based on a $132,000 primary
residence purchase loan with 20% down payment, no loan
discount fees (zero points), 15 days prepaid interest,
$100 non-refundable application fee and $250 service
charge payable to Dart Mortgage Company, and $393 in
fees payable to others. Borrowers may be asked to pay
other fees (such as appraisal, credit report, title
insurance, survey, recording costs, homeowners insurance,
real estate taxes, etc.) as are applicable to their
transaction. Prepaid interest will vary depending upon
the date of closing. The interest rates, annual percentage
rates (APRs), points and other costs shown are subject
to change without notice.
